‘Lincoln’ navigator dies at 79

A Lincoln navigator died Tuesday in Nebraska, according to his company.

The Lincoln Navigator, Inc., said the 81-year-old man died after an altercation at his home in Omaha.

The Omaha World-Herald reported that the company had confirmed that the man died of natural causes.

The company said it was cooperating with the Nebraska Medical Examiner’s Office.

The company said in a statement that it was unaware of any medical conditions that could have contributed to the man’s death.

Lincoln navigators have been employed by the company for about 30 years.

They typically work for a fixed price for one or two months.
