Why don’t you ever forget the boat you were travelling on?

An estimated 40% of Indian adults have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder, with many of them living with chronic anxiety and depression, according to a recent report by the World Health Organization.

A majority of them suffer from depression, anxiety and/or bipolar disorder, a common disorder that affects around two-thirds of the population, according the report.

While the condition can be managed through therapy, a lot of these sufferers do not receive treatment for the disorder and have no alternative to resorting to illicit drugs, gambling and alcohol, which are also widely prevalent.
